By accessing and using the services of BuildUrNest ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
BuildUrNest provides construction, interior design, and renovation services in Karnataka, India. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Residential and commercial construction
- Interior design and decoration
- Renovation and remodeling services
- Architectural planning and consultation
- Project management services
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by BuildUrNest are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on:
- Changes in material costs
- Modifications to project scope
- Site conditions and accessibility
- Government regulations and taxes
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract. Typically, we require:
- 10% advance payment upon contract signing
- Progress payments as per milestones
- Final payment upon project completion
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Changes requested by the client
- Force majeure events
6. Warranty
BuildUrNest provides a 1-year warranty on construction work from the date of project handover. Interior work comes with a 5-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but excludes:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications made by unauthorized parties
- Acts of nature or accidents
7. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel the project with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered.
8. Limitation of Liability
BuildUrNest's liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
